  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
